Fees are payable for all permanent days booked during school term. Before and After School fees are not charged for school holidays or pupil free days. Fees are paid for all public holidays that occur during term time. Fees must be paid for any absences.

Fees are payable fortnightly in advance. Fees must be paid via direct debit. Fees will be deducted from your nominated account. If there is a discrepancy regarding the amount owing/paid on receipts, you must notify the Centre Manager. Families are liable for all fees and charges associated with the direct debit system.

Fees:

Re-enrolment Fee - $30.00 (membership fee $2.00 + administration fee $28.00)

New Enrolment Fee - $50.00 (membership fee $2.00 + administration fee $48.00)

After School Care - $36.00 for permanent bookings and $41.00 for casual bookings.

Before School Care - $29.00 for permanent bookings and $34.00 for casual bookings.

Vacation Care/Pupil Free Days - $75.00 per day plus any additional costs.

Vacation Care/NSW DEC Pupil Free Days can be booked once the vacation care program is distributed. If you need to cancel your booking you must give 2 weeks notice for cancellations to be entitled to a refund. The cost of the excursion may still be charged where the excursion has been booked, numbers confirmed, and staff have been organised.

Casual bookings can be made a maximum of seven (7) days in advance. This must be requested in writing via text or email. If you wish to cancel a casual booking you must give the centre 24 hours notice in writing.

Notice period

If you withdraw your child from Noiseworks OOSH Inc., notice in writing must be given two weeks in advance, or two weeks full fees will be charged in lieu of notice.

Financial Hardship

If at any time throughout the year you are experiencing any difficulties in the payment of fees, please feel free to come and discuss it with us. Failure to speak to staff may see a late fee being added to your account and/or positions being cancelled.

Additional Charges

Late Fees: A fee will be charged for collection children after 6.30pm at the following rates:

• 15 minutes late (or part thereof) $45.00

• 30 minutes late (or part thereof) $60.00

• 45 minutes late (or part thereof) $75.00

• 60minutes late (or part thereof) $100.00

Please remember, staff have families to go home to also.

Failure to Notify Fees: A fee will be charged if you do not notify the centre that your child will not be attending. Notification must be prior to 2:50pm for After School Care and by 8:30am for Vacation Care Excursion Days. If staff need to search for your child or make a call to enquire about their whereabouts, the fees are charged at the following rate:

• First occasion - $10.00

• Second occasion -$20.00

• Third or more occasion -$30.00

Child Search Fees: A fee of $5.00 will be charged if staff are required to go and search for your child in the afternoon if they do not arrive to the Noiseworks meeting point by 3:05pm.
